APRIL 16, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
April 16, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Corvell Sparks, PPW Engineering; Robert Gray, CDD
Building; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.

CONSENT ITEMS
1. Approval of Minutes – April 2, 2024
MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 14178 and 14180 Blossom Hill Road
Conditional Use Permit Application U-24-001
Requesting Approval for a Conditional Use Permit Application for a New Restaurant
Use with Full Alcohol Service on Property Zoned C-1. APN 527-32-031. Categorically
Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Existing Facilities.
Property Owner: Blossom Hill Investment Company

The project planner presented the staff report.

Elena Leskina, Applicant
- They are a daytime family-style restaurant and a neighborhood favorite. They want to
grow by offering evening hours and extending into the space next door. The addition allows
more indoor and outdoor dining space, a wine bar, and two more bathrooms.
Closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
Appeal rights were recited.
