The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
March 12, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.

MOTION: Motion by James Watson to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 14000 Blossom Hill Road
Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-007
Requesting Approval for Modification of an Existing Conditional Use Permit to Add a
Car Wash on Property Zoned C-1. APN 527-32-028. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to
CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Existing Facilities.

The project planner presented the staff report.
