Minutes of the Town Council Study Session
Tuesday, December 19, 2023
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting in person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 5:45 p.m. to discuss and provide
direction on the Pinehurst Community Garden and Lynn Avenue Pedestrian Pathway projects.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:45 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Mary Badame, Vice Mayor Matthew Hudes, Council Member Rob Moore,
Council Member Rob Rennie, and Council Member Maria Ristow.
Absent: None
Vice Mayor Hudes disclosed that he met with residents of the Lynn neighborhood and spoke
with Heidi Owens and Kevin Arroyo.
Council Member Moore disclosed that he met with residents of the Lynn neighborhood and
spoke with Heidi Owens and Kevin Arroyo.
Council Member Ristow spoke with residents; and attended the Arts and Parks Commission
joint public meeting, and a community meeting.

The Town Council asked questions, discussed the item, and provided feedback.
