Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – January 23, 2024 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 137 and 139 N. Santa Cruz Avenue Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-014 Requesting Approval for Modification of an Existing Conditional Use Permit for a Restaurant (Coup De Thai) on Property Zoned C-2. APN 510-17-061. The Project is Categorically Exempt Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Section 15301: Existing Facilities and Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Opened Public Comment. Hannah Micallef, Applicant from Studio KDA The project is an expansion of the existing restaurant into the adjacent retail space. It will provide more seating and a new bar and transition seamlessly to match the existing restaurant. Closed Public Comment. MOTION: Motion by Corvell Sparks to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
