JANUARY 23, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
January 23, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Kenny Ip, SCCFD, and James
Watson, PPW Engineering.
Absent: None.

1. Approval of Minutes – January 9, 2024
MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
James Watson.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Architecture and Site Application S-23-006
Requesting Approval for Demolition of an Existing Single-Family Residence,
Construction of a New Single-Family Residence, Removal of Large Protected Trees, and

The Jennifer Armer presented the staff report on behalf of Ryan Safty.
Opened Public Comment.
Philip Ohriner, Neighbor
They have recently gone through the same process with their own home. They are in
support of the project. The owners are great neighbors. Whatever they do to improve the
property will help and raise the property value of their small Arnerich neighborhood.
Closed Public Comment.
MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by James Watson.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
Appeal rights were recited.
