Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – January 2, 2024 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 14330 La Rinconada Drive Subdivision Application M-23-002 Requesting Approval for Subdivision of One Lot to Two Lots on Property Zoned R-1:8. APN: 409-14-020. Categorically Exempt pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15315: Minor Land Divisions. Property Owner: Nicholas Gera Applicant: Terence J. Szewczyk, TS Civil Engineering, Inc. Project Planner: Erin Walters The project planner presented the staff report. Terry Szewczyk, Applicant This is a simple flag lot configuration. Unfortunately, the existing house needs to be demolished due to the required width of the corridor. The conceptual site plan provides massive Fire Department turnaround which is the standard nowadays. The panhandle is on the northerly side which follows the topography. Drainage will head out on the new driveway. Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve with required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously. Appeal rights were recited. OTHER BUSINESS None.
