JANUARY 2, 2024
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
January 2, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Sean Mullin, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: Corvell Sparks, PPW.

MOTION: Motion by Sean Mullin to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.

Requesting Approval for Construction of a New Second-Story Addition to an Existing
Single-Family Residence, an Accessory Structure (Garage) with Reduced Side Yard

Protected Trees, and Site Improvements Requiring a Grading Permit on Property Zoned

the project be continued to a date uncertain.

MOTION: Motion by Sean Mullin to continue to a date uncertain. Seconded by
Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
