OCTOBER 24, 2023
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
October 24, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Roy Alba, CDD Building; Corvell Sparks, PPW
Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.

CONSENT ITEMS
1. Approval of Minutes – October 17, 2023
MOTION: Motion by Roy Alba to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Corvell Sparks.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 309 N. Santa Cruz Avenue
Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-012
Requesting Approval of a One-Year Time Extension to an Existing Conditional Use
Permit Application (U-21-017) for Approval of a New Restaurant Use with Alcohol
Service on Property Zoned C-2. APN 510-14-048. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to
CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Existing Facilities.

Project Planner: Ryan Safty
The project planner presented the staff report.

recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Roy Alba.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
