DECEMBER 19, 2023
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
December 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Corvell Sparks, PPW
Engineering; and Caleb Flanagan, SCCFD.
Absent: None.

1. Approval of Minutes – December 12, 2023
MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Corvell Sparks.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 15-1/2 N. Santa Cruz Avenue
Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-015
Requesting Approval for a New Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a Restaurant with
Alcohol Service on Property Zoned C-2:LHP. APN 510-44-077. Categorically Exempt
pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Existing Facilities.
Property Owner: La Canada Investments, LLC
Applicant: Jim Foley
Project Planner: Suray Nathan
The project planner presented the staff report.
