The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
October 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Corvell Sparks.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.

Architecture and Site Application S-22-047
Requesting Approval for Construction of a New Single-Family Residence on Vacant
Property Zoned HR-2 1/2. APN 527-11-009. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA
