Absent: None. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – October 3, 2023 MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Corvell Sparks. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0. PUBLIC HEARINGS 2. 15665 Shady Lane Architecture and Site Application S-22-047 Requesting Approval for Construction of a New Single-Family Residence on Vacant Property Zoned HR-2 1/2. APN 527-11-009. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15303: New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures. Property Owner/Applicant: Ann Moffat Project Planner: Sean Mullin The Planning Manager Jennifer Armer is available for questions on behalf of the project planner.
