MINUTES OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
OCTOBER 3, 2023
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
October 3, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Corvell Sparks,
PPW Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD.
Absent: None.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM

CONSENT ITEMS
1. Approval of Minutes – September 12, 2023
MOTION: Motion by Robert Gray to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Corvell Sparks.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
2. 112 Wilder Avenue
Architecture and Site Application S-23-017
Requesting Approval for an Addition to an Existing Single-Family Residence to Exceed
the Maximum Allowed Floor Area on Property Zoned R-1D:LHP. APN 510-17-103.
Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301: Existing Facilities.

MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
Appeal rights were recited.
