SEPTEMBER 12, 2023
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
September 12, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Kenny Ip, SCCFD; and James
Watson, PPW Engineering.
Absent: None.

MOTION: Motion by James Watson to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by
Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Architecture and Site Application S-23-026
Requesting Approval of a One-Year Time Extension to an Existing Architecture and Site
Application (S-14-037) to Construct a New Single-Family Residence, Site Work
Requiring a Grading Permit, and Removal of Large Protected Trees on a Vacant
Property Zoned R-1:20:PD. APN 407-06-007. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA
Guidelines Section 15303: New Construction.
