Hello,
I received a notice regarding zoning changes that included Alberto way. Myself and all of our neighbors
on the street have been fighting these changes for quite a while. There are several very important
reasons why. My list of concerns are below.
1) Alberto Way is already a large community on a dead end street
2) there are senior facility on this street which need to have easy entry and exit access for emergency
vehicles
3) current parking issues. There is not enough parking already for residents
4) safety aspects and excessive traffic getting onto Hwy9/17 at this location
5) our hillside views which is the reason most of us bought in this area and pay the prices we do will be
blocked and as an entry to Los Gatos it will change charm you feel entering our lovely town
I strongly oppose these proposed zoning changes to Alberto way.
