The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a special meeting in -person and utilizing
teleconferencing means on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at 5:50 p.m. to conduct Board, Commission,
and Committee interviews.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDERAT APPROXIMATELY 6:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Maria Ristow, Vice Mayor Mary Badame, Council Matthew Hudes, Council
Member Rob Moore, Council Member Rennie.
Absent: None

BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE INTERVIEWS
Council interviewed applicants for the vacant positions on Town Boards, Commissions, and
Committees.
Arts and Culture Commission -Two (2) vacancy for a short-term seat expiring December 31,
2023.

Building Board of Appeals -Two vacanciesfor one (1) short-term seat expiring December 31,
2023; and one (1) short term seat expiring December 31, 2024.

Complete Streets and Transportation Committee - One (1) vacancyfor a short-term seat
expiring December 31, 2025.

Town Clerk Wood announced the appointments as follows:
• Arts and Culture Commission
o Cristiano Colantoni was appointed by a majority vote to a short-term seat
expiring December 31, 2023.
o Dornaz Memarzia was appointed by a majority vote to a short-term seat
expiring December 31, 2023.
• Building Board of Appeals
o Jared Ajlouny was appointed by an unanimous vote to a short-term seat
expiring December 31, 2024.
• Complete Streets and Transportation Committee
o Jeffrey Suzuki was appointed by a majority vote to a short-term seat expiring
December 31, 2025.
• Historic Preservation Committee
o Lee Quintana was appointed by a majority vote to a short-term seat expiring
December 31, 2023.
• Library Board
o Deborah Lowe was appointed by a majority vote to a short-term seat expiring
December 31, 2024.
