REMARKS: On February 22, 2023, the Historic Preservation Committee considered revised project materials and continued the matter with direction to the applicant to the March 22, 2023, meeting. In turn, staff recommends that the Planning Commission continue the app lication to a date certain of April 12, 2023, to allow the Historic Preservation Committee time to meet and provide a recommendation.
