MAY 2, 2023
The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a regular meeting on
May 2, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Robert Gray, CDD Building; Kenny Ip, SCCFD; and James
Watson, PPW Engineering.
Absent: None.

1. Approval of Minutes – April 4, 2023
MOTION: Motion by James Watson to approve the consent calendar. Seconded
by Kenny Ip.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
PUBLIC HEARINGS

Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-005
Requesting Approval of a Modification to an Existing Conditional Use Permit for
Expanded Alcohol Service at an Existing Restaurant (Nina's Taqueria) on Property
Zoned C-2. APN 529-28-032. Categorically Exempt Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines
Section 15301: Existing Facilities.

The project planner presented the staff report.

Requesting modification because customers are requesting margaritas with their
dinners.
Closed Public Comment.
Committee members discussed the matter.
MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Robert Gray.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
Appeal rights were recited.
