The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Meeting on
March 14, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.

Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Kenny Ip, SCCFD; Roy Alba, CDD Building; and Corvell
Sparks, PPW Engineering.
Absent: None.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. 15480 and 15500 Los Gatos Boulevard
Conditional Use Permit Application U-23-001
Requesting Approval to Modify a Conditional Use Permit for an Existing Automobile
Dealership to Allow the Addition of Electric Vehicle Sales and Service on Property
Zoned CH. APNs 424-14-035 and 424-14-034.
PROPERTY OWNER: Thomas Y. Moore Trustee
APPLICANT: Steve Lynch, Sand Hill Property Company
PROJECT PLANNER: Peggy Beeuwsaert
The project planner presented the staff report.
Opened and Closed Public Comment.
MOTION: Motion by Kenny IP to approve with required findings and recommended
conditions of approval. Seconded by Roy Alba.
VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0.
Appeal rights were recited.
