SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 16th day of May, 2023
and amends that certain Master and Service Purchasing Agreement for Axon Body Worn Cameras
dated January 18, 2021 made by and between the Town of Los Gatos, ("Town,") and Axon, Inc.
(“Supplier.”)
RECITALS
A.Town and Supplier entered into a Service and Purchasing Agreement on April 1, 2020,
(“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
B.Town and Supplier entered into a Service and Purchasing First Amendment Agreement on
January 18, 2021, (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as Attachment 2 to this Amendment.
C.Town desires to amend the agreement to add Evidence.com storage capacity and increase
the compensation for the additional services.
AMENDMENT
1.Effective April 2023, Supplier herby agrees to provide the service and materials quoted in
Exbibit B, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. Town shall pay Supplier
the amount as described below and referenced in Exhibit B. For a total amendment
increase of $10,000.
2.All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
