SUBJECT: Receive FY 2021/22 Federal Single Audit Report
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the Town Council receive the Federal Single Audit Report for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 2022, as prepared by Chavan & Associates, LLP.
DISCUSSION:
The Finance Commission received this Report on May 8, 2023.
In performing the Single Audit for FY 2021/22, the Town’s independent auditor Chavan &
Associates, LLP concluded that the schedule of expenditures of federal awards is fairly stated in
all material respects in relation to the financial statements as a whole.
