I have lived on Via Sereno for almost 40 years and after a few years on my street , unknown to us the overnight street parking apparently was altered thereby creating a ongoing problem on our unlit streets . The matter has been raised at City Monte Sereno numerous times due to ongoing concerns reported and citations for Vandalism, break ins . Given the fact that we do not have street lights the overflow of traffic from this project will further add to the nuisance and safety of us neighboring residents . Despite the numerous incidents, Vehicles are left unattended, stolen and abandoned and the Police can only do so much .. They are short staffed, overworked and attending Crime scenes etc as a priority. It is imperative for Town of Los Gatos to ensure sensible governance so that we do not over burden the Police to add any additional problems. Expand the parking space areas on this project and co ordinate with City of Monte sereno to adopt a permit parking zone only to the immediate residential streets . Thanks , Adesh Kumar Via Sereno Monte Sereno ATTACHMENT 4 This Page Intentionally Left Blank
