from Article” to Address Required Approval of Bicycle Racks in the Public
Right of Way

Subject: Bicycle ordinance

Council members,
I think there is one important thing missing in the revised bicycle ordinance: it should be required to
wear a helmet. Helmets should be required when riding any kind of bike, but e-bikes drive faster and
makes it even more important to add that as requirement and a fine to those violating it. If it is already a
requirement, i didn’t see it.
