The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, March 16,
2023, to hold a Closed Session at 5:30 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:32 P.M.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Maria Ristow, Vice Mayor Mary Badame, Council Member Matthew Hudes,
Council Member Rob Rennie.
Absent: None
Recused: Council Member Rob Moore

- Requested a copy of the American Civil Liberties Union letter.
THE TOWN COUNCIL MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Significant exposure to litigation
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2): One case (Facts and circumstances:
Letter from ACLU regarding Planning Commissioner censure)
The Town Council reconvened in open session and Gabrielle Whelan, Town Attorney, stated the
Town Council discussed item one and there was no reportable action.
ADJOURNMENT Closed Session adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
