a Planned Development Ordinance is not Considered a Project Under the
California Environmental Quality Act. Planned Development Ordinance
Application PD-22-001. Location: 300 Mountain Laurel Lane. PROPERTY
OWNER: Bright Smile Dental Office Defined Benefit Plan. APPLICANT: Kunling
