Dear Council Members,
I echo what one of our St. Mary's St. Vincent de Paul members, Ed Lozowicki, expressed to you in his request
for a day and/or night warming center for our unhoused neighbors coupled with making it a strategic priority. I
couldn't improve upon Ed's eloquent message.
