FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 16th day of June
2022 and amends that certain agreement for the preparation of a Local Roadway Safety Plan dated
January 20, 2021, made by and between the Town of Los Gatos, ("Town,") and Fehr and Peers
(“Consultant.”)
RECITALS
A.Town and Consultant entered into an Agreement for Consultant Services on January 20,
2021, (“Agreement”), a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
Attachment 1 to this Amendment.
AMENDMENT
1.Article III Statement of Work. Consultant shall provide additional services as described in
that certain proposal sent to the Town on May 12, 2022, which is hereby incorporated by
reference and attached as Attachment 2.
2.Article III Statement of Work. Compensation for Consultant’s professional services for the
additional services shall not exceed $19,999.14, inclusive of all costs, which is hereby
incorporated by reference and attached as Attachment 3, Exhibit 10-H1 Cost Proposal.
Payment shall be based upon Town approval of each task.
Total amount of agreement not to exceed $99,999.14.
3.Article IV Performance Period. The Performance Period is extended to December 31, 2023.
4.All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
