I joined San Jose Demolition on May 8th 2023 as a RMO for class A license. I bid the above subject project
based on application filed with CSLB on May 8th, per state law an entity can bid after application filed but
can not contract. Delaying your board meeting to June 20th is a proper date, by then Class A will be added to
online for public view.
Attached is up to date info from CSLB website about status of our application. Also attached is your letter
rejecting our bid.
Per My conversation with technician from CSLB today, the application is approved & will go online asap.
Therefore, our bid is responsive, RMO Marshall Leoman is an employee of San Jose Demolition Inc, His
License is class A, #721813 is active and current. His license was active at bid day 5/18/2023.
If above info is still unsatisfactory to your side, then please let the project go to rebid, we will be bidding
again this project if it go to rebid.
Thank you for your cooperation and hoping the Town of Los Gatos Award the project to low bidder San
Jose Demolition Inc. on June 20th Board Meeting.

On May 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. San Jose Demolition Inc. submitted a bid package to the Town of Los Gatos for the Adult Recreation Center ADA Compliant Public Restroom project. At the time of the bid, an A or B Contractor License was required. The License listed on your bid package is currently a
C Contractor License. You informed me that San Jose Demolition Inc. had applied for an A
Contractor License on May 8, 2023. I confirmed your application with the Contractor State Licensing Board. The additional information I received was that an application for License would take approximately one month to show as active.
Due to the requirement of an A or B License at the time of the bid opening, your bid is therefore not
responsive and cannot be considered further.
