The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 6,
2023, to hold a Closed Session at 5:00 p.m.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 5:02 P.M.
ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Maria Ristow, Vice Mayor Mary Badame, Council Member Matthew Hudes,
Council Member Rob Moore, Council Member Rob Rennie.
Absent: None
VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS
None. THE TOWN MOVED TO CLOSED SESSION ON THE FOLLOWING ITEM:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
(Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 54956.9: 1 case.

The Town Council reconvened in open session. The Town Attorney stated the items would be
continued to a future meeting.
