SUBJECT: Interview Applicants and Make Appointments for the Following Boards and
Commissions: Arts and Culture Commission, Building Board of Appeals,
Complete Streets and Transportation Commission, Historic Preservation
Committee, Library Board, and Personnel Board
REMARKS:
The staff report incorrectly listed the number of vacancies for the Art and Culture Commission
and the Library Board. There are two (2) vacancies for the Art and Culture Commission and one
(1) vacancy for the Library Board. The correct number of vacancies were listed on the Boards
and Commission webpage for the recruitment. Below is the revised list of applicants and the
correct number of vacancies.
Each Council Member will have printed hard copies of the interview questions contained in
Town Council Policy Number 2-11: Commission Appointments, Residency and Attendance
Requirements, and Establishing a Quorum; and rating sheets for notes. After the interviews are
concluded, a printed ballot will be provided to each Council Member. After voting, the Clerk
will compile the results, issue any runoff ballots as needed, and read the appointments and
votes.
