Mayor and Vice Mayor:

c. Swearing In of Newly Elected Council Member Moore
d. Appointment of Mayor and Vice Mayor
RECOMMENDATION:
Consider the reorganization of the Town Council and appointment of the Mayor and Vice
Mayor:
a. Appreciation of Departing Council Member Sayoc
b. Appreciation of Mayor Rennie
c. Swearing In of Newly Elected Council Member Moore
d. Appointment of Mayor and Vice Mayor
DISCUSSION:
A General Municipal Election was held on November 8, 2022 to elect three Town Council
Members. Two incumbent Council Members were re-elected, Mary Badame and Rob Rennie.
One new Council Member was elected, Rob Moore, and will be sworn into office at this
meeting.
Council Member Sayoc has served two full four-year terms and will be stepping down from the
Town Council at this meeting. The Town Council will have an opportunity to commemorate her
years on the Town Council, and the years served as Vice Mayor and Mayor.
The Council will also be given an opportunity to recognize Mayor Rennie for his service as
Mayor in 2022.

The Town Council will conduct the reorganization as follows with opportunities for public
comment at each milestone:
• Appreciation of departing Council Member Sayoc
