EXTERNAL SENDER
I strongly urge you all to vote No! The time for changes has come and gone. A lot of hard work and time
was put into developing a plan, and there was a public process for providing input and making changes
that has long passed. Additionally, people don’t seem to understand that the time frame for RHNA is 8
years, and the general plan is 20. So it is safe to assume the general plan would cover the next RHNA
assignment from the county and state.
