This FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is dated for identification this 17th day of May, 2022 and amends that certain Agreement for Consultant Services dated July 1, 2021, made by and between the Town of Los Gatos, ("Town,") and TruePoint Solutions DigEplan (LCT Software) . RECITALS
A. The Town and Consultant entered into an Agreement dated July 1, 2021 to provide services
for electronic plan review for the Town of Los Gatos (Attachment 3).
B. The Town desires to Amend the Agreement to include four additional users.
AMENDMENT
1. Scope of Services of the Agreement is hereby amended to provide four additional users.
2. Compensation of the Agreement is here by amended from $89,474 to $104,605 for a five-
year term.
3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement dated July 1, 2021, remain in full force and
effect.
