Hi Sean,
We’ve included the appellant, and our other 2 direct adjacent property owners to this e-mail as well as
our architect. We have all discussed these compromises and agree to proceed. See attached docusign
letter for reference.
If the Town Planning Department finds our compromise acceptable, we ask for full approvals to proceed
with the project and have the appeal withdrawn.
Conditions to consider:
1) The current design of the home has a 3’ side yard setback on the 120 Olive home and a 5’ side yard
setback on the 116 Olive home. We propose centering 118 Olive in the middle of the lot and make each
side yard setback 4’.
2) The current design of the home has a 10’ front yard setback. We propose making it 12’6” as a front
yard setback.
All other aspects of the home remain the same, basically moving the house to one side and back to help
address neighbors concerns.
A special thank you to the Town Council who helped bridge gaps in conversations that were left undone
to this point, and to the neighbors as we really do appreciate all the conversations over the past week to
help get to an agreement.

This letter is in response to the Appeal of Planning Commission Decision which is dated
February 22nd 2022 regarding 118 Olive Street.
The appellant, applicant and the 2 direct effected adjacent property owners have all discussed
compromises and agree to proceed to withdrawal the appeal and ask the Town Council to add
conditions of approval to proceed with the project.
