On Wed, Oct 12, 2022 at 3:30 PM Mark Rosenfeld wrote: 1. Having a four story building is not in keeping with the surrounding residential environment. 2. Adding more residential will exacerbate the already overcrowded parking conditions along Alberto Way. In the evening the street is parked solid, bumper to bumper. 3. Insufficient visitor parking, also making street parking worse. 4. Traffic approaching Rt9 on Alberto can get very heavy and backed up. Thank you.
