SUBJECT: Review and Discussion of the Housing Element Draft Goals, Policies, and
Programs.
REMARKS:
In response to Board Member questions, staff is providing links to the City of Campbell and City
of Saratoga’s Draft Housing Elements. However, staff anticipates further discussion at the next
meeting on July 7, 2022, regarding potential new polices or programs targeted towards
Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing (AFFH) compliance and additional input from the HEAB
from this meeting.
The City of Campbell’s Draft Housing Element has been released for a 30-day public comment
period which ends on July 11, 2022. Please find a copy of the document in the link below:

The City of Saratoga’s Draft Housing Element has been released for a 30-day public comment
