I have reviewed the plans with the new owners and believe it will keep with the historic qualities of the neighborhood. I live almost across the street and think the new 3rd story window offers better architectural balance to the front of the home while maintaining everyone’s privacy. Regards, ATTACHMENT 5 Subject: New house plans 223 Massol Ave Date: Tue, 22 Mar 2022 09:56:05 -0700 From: Stuart Lee To Jay, As 11 year residents and the next door neighbors of 223 Massol, my wife, Nancy, and I are pleased with the plans you have drawn for the new owners. We think, with your changes, the house will fit into the neighborhood far better than it does now. A window replacing the peculiar round vent in the front peak is more appropriate for a house in the Almond Grove. We look forward to having Katie and Kevin McLarney as neighbors and we hope that the Historic Commission allows them to move ahead with their plans. Stuart Lee
