Main Street Los Gatos, CA 95030 ● 408-354-6874 www.losgatosca.gov TOWN OF LOS GATOS DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE REPORT MINUTES OF THE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING NOVEMBER 23, 2021 The Development Review Committee of the Town of Los Gatos conducted a Regular Teleconference Meeting on November 23, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting was conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with State of California Executive Order N-29-20 dated March 17, 2020, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and was conducted via Zoom. All committee members and staff participated from remote locations and all voting was conducted via roll call vote. In accordance with Executive Order N-29-20, the public could only view the meeting online and not in the Council Chambers. ROLL CALL Present: Jennifer Armer, CDD Planning; Roy Alba, CDD Building; Mike Weisz, PPW Engineering; and Kenny Ip, SCCFD. Absent: Robert Gray, CDD Building. Staff: Sean Mullin, CDD Planning. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER AT 10:00 AM VERBAL COMMUNICATIONS - None. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Approval of Minutes – November 16, 2021 MOTION: Motion by Mike Weisz to approve the consent calendar. Seconded by Kenny Ip. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0. APNs 532-24-003 and -019. PROPERTY OWNERS: Sheldon Gilbert APPLICANT: Hanna & Brunetti PROJECT PLANNER: Sean Mullin The project planner, Sean Mullin, presented the staff report. Opened Public Comment. Amanda Musy-Verdel of Hanna & Brunetti, Applicant The lot line changes affect the configuration of the two lots. Doesn’t allow more development than is currently allowed. The concerns of the neighbors are valid and will be addressed before any future development, as well as the water and fire requirements. John and Jacquline Kolander, Neighbor Twelve Oaks Road is very narrow. If the landlocked parcel is given access to the roadway does that include an easement? Closed Public Comment. Committee members discussed the matter. MOTION: Motion by Kenny Ip to approve with the required findings and recommended conditions of approval. Seconded by Mike Weisz. VOTE: Motion passed unanimously 4-0. Appealed rights were read. OTHER BUSINESS - None.
