06 Staff Report - Council Committee AppointmentsMEETING DATE: 2/16/2010 ITEM NO: COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT DATE: FEBRUARY 4, 2010 TO: MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL FROM: GREG LARSON, TOWN MANAGER ,g27- SUBJECT: ADOPT AMENDED COUNCIL COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2010 RECOMMENDATION: Adopt amended Council Committee Appointments effective January 2010. DISCUSSION: The Santa Clara County Cities Association has reinstated the Legislative Action Committee and requested that local cities designate Council members to serve on this committee. Mayor McNutt has appointed Vice Mayor Pirzynski as the designate to the committee and Council Member Spector as the alternate. In addition, the Mayor has appointed herself and Council Member Spector to a new Monte Sereno Police Contract Review Council Ad Hoc Committee. These additions are shown on the attached amended Council Committee Appointment Roster.
