ACCEPT STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS ON COUNTY REFERRALS REFERRAL NUMBER LOCATION APPLICANT REQUEST RECOMMENDATION A. Projects Outside Urban Service Area: None B. Projects Inside Urban Service Area: 1387 Maya Way White Tiger Dev. Design Review Approval/two conditions The applicant is requesting approval for design review to construct a 9,431 square foot multi -level single family residence with an attached 849 square foot garage on a 40,075 square foot parcel prezoned HR-2''A. The structure meets all setback requirements. The maximum height of the building is 30 feet from existing grade. A recommendation for approval should be forwarded to the County subject to the following conditions. 1. The maximum height shall not exceed 30 feet above existing or finished grade, whichever has the lower profile. If the house is visible from the valley floor it is recommended that the maximum height be reduced to 25 feet as required by the Town's Hillside Development Standards. 2. Recommend that the mass of the rear elevation be reduced. 3. Exterior colors shall be earthtone with a light reflectivity value that does not exceed 30. C. No reportable action taken. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 to discuss Public Employee Appointment in regards to Town Manager. No reportable action taken. SCHEDULE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS (01.01) Informational report regarding currently scheduled public hearings was received and filed. RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/JUNE 2000 (04.V) Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Attaway, that Council ratify the check registers for the payroll of June 11, 2000 through June 24, 2000, paid on June 30, 2000, in the amount of $386,659.83 Carried by a vote of 4 ayes.
