Design Review Approval/two conditions
The applicant is requesting approval to construct a five foot high stucco fence within the front setback
to screen the existing house from headlight glare and to provide visual privacy from vehicles at the tee
intersection facing the front of the house. The fence will not create any sight distance problems. A
portion of the wall will extend under a small portion of the dripline of two trees and two conditions are
recommended to reduce potential tree impacts. The Town should forward a recommendation for
approval subject to the following conditions:

1. If possible, under the dripline of existing trees, the fence shall be constructed with piers instead
of footings.
