Projects Inside Urban Service Area: 6350 Shannon Road Anderson Time Extension ApprovaU3 conditions On August 5, 1996, Town Council approved an application for building site and design review at this 29.152 acre parcel to construct a single family residence with a detached garage and a mobile home. The parcel is zoned RC and is under the Williamson Bill. The proposed two story residence contained 1,716 square feet and the detached garage contained 480 square feet. The maximum height proposed for the residence was 24 feet eight inches and the maximum height of the detached garage was proposed to be 15 feet four inches. The maximum height permitted by Town Code for the garage is 15 feet. A condition was recommended to meet Town height requirements The exterior depth of the garage was proposed to be 20 feet and the Town requires a minimum interior clear depth of 20 feet. A condition was recommended to meet the Town's garage dimension requirements. The applicant was also proposing to install a 750 square foot manufactured mobile home on the site. Due to the size of the lot and the number of orchard trees, the Town would permit this structure provided it was for a caretaker of the site and that a conditional use permit was approved which was recommended as a condition of approval. A recommendation for approval should be forwarded to the County subject to the following conditions which were made at the time of the original application. The condition regarding the height of the garage has been modified to reflect current Town requirements on where the height shall be measured from. 1. The maximum height of the detached garage shall not exceed 15 feet above existing or natural grade, whichever has the lowest profile. 2. The minimum interior clear dimensions of the garage shall be 20 feet by 20 feet. 3. A conditional use permit shall be required for the mobile home and this home shall be for a caretaker of the site. COUNCIL CALENDAR OF MEETINGS (03.10) Informational item presenting future Town Meetings for Council and other Town Boards and Commissions was received and filed. RATIFICATION OF PAYROLL/OCTOBER 1999 (04.V) Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the check registers for the payroll of October 3 through October 16, 1999 paid on October 22, 1999 in the amount of $381,890.29. Carried unanimously. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE/RATIFICATION/OCTOBER 1999 (05.V) Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council ratify the accompanying check registers for accounts payable invoices paid on October 15, and October 22, 1999, in the amount of $410,228.53. Carried unanimously. TRAFFIC SIGNAL/KNOWLES & CAPRI/PROJECT 9916/RESOLUTION 1999-159 (08.35) Motion by Mr. Pirzynski, seconded by Mr. Blanton, that Council adopt Resolution 1999-159 entitled, RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ACCEPTING WORK OF ROSENDIN ELECTRIC INC. - PROJECT 9916 - SIGNAL AT KNOWLES AND CAPRI AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK.
