The following is offered as background information: • Safeway/Union - 45,000 SF • Borders Books/Downtown: 15,334 SF • Lunardi's Grocery/LG Boulevard: 23,692 SF • Office Depot/LG Boulevard: 28,000 SF • Lunardi's: 23,900 SF • Whole Foods: 21,800 SF • Fry's (Campbell): 156,573 SF • Costco/Almaden: 141,000 SF (Average floor area ranges for Costco: 70,000 - 205,000 (includes tire center, gas service station and warehouse) • Best Buy/Almaden: 40,000 Approx. My father passed away about 2 years ago and I have been handling the property en my Carnily's behalf, We would like. to get some information about doing new construction on Our land. We would like to demo arid rebuild office spaces with parking. As you can sec from the surrounding area °Bice/retail spaces have been going up all around.
