ADOPT RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS BASED UPON CONSIDERATION OF THE
FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR THE CENTRAL LOS GATOS
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the attached Resolution.
DISCUSSION:
At the joint Agency/Council public hearing, Ted Kreines, environmental consultant, presented the Final
Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Central Los Gatos Redevelopment Project (Project). In order for
the Council to adopt the Redevelopment Plan for the Project, the Agency must adopt the attached resolution
certifying completion of and making findings based upon consideration of the Final EIR.
FISCAL IMPACT: None.

the community services program specialist position through the fourth quarter contingent upon
grant revenues. Carried unanimously.
