Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to request to grant us approval for the above referenced address, the existing windows
are double hung original wood, we are going to replace it with double hung like for like wood aluminum
clad, Property Owner Mr. Robert Kreb would like to replace these with energy efficient windows that
leads to lower utility costs, increase safety and reduce noise. We Renewal by Andersen acknowledge
that the window replacement on this dwelling will meet the requirements for Residential Design
Guidelines by maintaining the details (Ogee lungs) size and look of the existing windows that are
currently installed. We cannot add full divided light because the original windows that are currently on
them does not have grilles and adding it will not look like the original existing windows, but if you would
like us to add it, we can certainly do so.
