First page: Still not entirely comfortable with “places and people of privilege” because it is a
mixed message to compliment and admonish at the same time.

Intro, last sentence, replace “goals” to take action with “obje ctive”
Goal 1: add “employees”
1.3: add: “ . . . while identifying and eliminating”
