The applicant has also submitted a Planned Development Application (PD-16-001) to rezone the properties at 17220 Pine Avenue and 17250 Pine Avenue (APNs 529-21-039 and 529-21-044) from R:1:20 to O:PD, merge three lots, demolish two existing residences, and remove large protected trees, to allow construction of a new 21,124 square foot office building.
