COMMITTEE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS, MARCH 27, 2002 HELD IN THE
TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CIVIC CENTER, 110 EAST MAIN STREET, LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA.

The meeting was called to order at 5:40 P.M. by Acting Chair Suzanne Muller.
ATTENDANCE
General Plan Committee
Members Present: Joe Pirzynski, Sandy Decker, Phil Micciche, Suzanne Muller, Mark
Weiner
Members Excused: Jo Zientek, Elizabeth Smith
Staff Present: Bud Lortz, Director of Community Benefit; Steve Lynch,
Assistant Planner
Others present: None
Verbal Communications:
None.
ITEM 1: Discuss Revised Community Benefit Definition
Staff presented the revised Community Benefit policy to the Committee. The
Committee discussed various changes and additions to the policy and made several
recommendations. The Committee continued the item to a date to be determined.
ITEM 3: Approval of Minutes
Suzanne Muller made a motion to approve the minutes of March 13, 2002 as submitted.
The motion was seconded by Joe Pirzynski and passed 4-0.
Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. by Chair Muller. The next regular meeting
of the General Plan Committee will be on Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at 5:30 pm.
