Requesting approval for 1) General Plan Amendment from Mixed Use Commercial to Office
Professional, 2) a Zone Change from C-1 to O, 3) demolition of two single family residences
and construction of a new 3-story medical office building on properties zoned O and C-1. If
no significant environmental impacts are identified as a result of this project, a Negative
Declaration will be recommended. APNs 424-10-017, 064 and 065
