Verbal Communications (three minute time limit)
ITEM 1 Zoning Code Amendment A-03-4
Consider amending the Town Code to modify the conditional use
permit table to allow parking lots on property zoned R -1 (Single
Family Residential) that are located on an arterial street. It has been
determined that this project could not have a significant impact on
the environment, therefore, the project is not subject to the California
Environmental Quality Act (Section 15061 (b)(3)).
APPLICANT: Western Athletic Clubs, Inc
· Discuss proposed Zoning Code amendment and formulate a recommendation to the
Planning Commission (final action will be by Town Council).
