Rehabilitate and remodel an existing single family residence to the extent that it qualifies as a
“technical demolition”. The front portion of the existing residence will be preserved while the
remaining portions of the existing residence will be demolished. Additional floor area will be
added to create a new second floor level and a below grade cellar/basement as well as
expanding the current ground level floor level(s). The residence will have a deck area
constructed on the rear of the main residence.
A new two-car, detached garage will be constructed along the rear property line. A driveway
and walkway will provide access around the main residence.
Existing trees will be removed under a separate Tree Removal Permit from the Parks &
Recreation Department.
