THE HOMES FRONT FACADE SHALL BE KEPT INTACT, WITH THE
ADDITION OF A SMALL BEDROOM DORMER ABOVE THE ENTRY.
THE REMODEL/ADDITION TO THE REAR OF THE HOME WILL BE IN THE
